Saurian Presents Evocative New Single ‘Park Bench’
Dunedin. New Zealand’s finest (and possibly only) octopedal rock unit, Saurian are excited to announce Park Bench, the third single off their upcoming EP will be out on July 12! Much of the music that Saurian has released over the last couple of years has been intense and upbeat, Park Bench will provide something slightly softer and more dynamic while retaining Saurian’s rock edge.
This song was originally written a number of years ago and has been refined into what the band is proud to present on July 12th. Using the resources available at Sublime Studios in Kurow, New Zealand, extra instrumentation and some very special effects could be used in the recording of the song. Though you’ll have to wait until release day to hear that for yourself.
To capture the vibe of Park Bench in an image, Saurian sought the artistic talent of Evan Frogger to hand paint the cover artwork. Of course there’s an accompanying music video as well, in this case you can expect Saurian’s no cost approach to some high budget classic music videos.
