SACHI Release ‘Crush’ An Uplifting, Dance Floor Ready New Single
LA based Kiwi electronic duo SACHI (Nick Chrisp and Will Thomas) today release their uplifting new single Crush.
Currently on a 10-date tour through Australia, their new dancefloor ready anthem practically poured out of the duo and their collaborators during a session in the San Fernando Valley. “We wrote Crush with Kyla Imani and Hell Boy on a sunny day in the San Fernando Valley. It was the first day we had all met, the music flowed, and Crush came out so quickly.
Drawing upon a universally familiar feeling, “Crush is an uplifting dance song about figuring out if what you’re feeling is a crush or something greater” says SACHI.
The electric new single is inspired by early 2000’s electro-house, and SACHI wanting to create something that felt like a modernised version of that sound.
