Napoleon Baby Release New Single ‘Soul Requirement’
Napoleon Baby releases his second single Soul Requirement today. This is the second track recorded, produced and mastered at Two Dogs Sound studio and Third Man records (Detroit).
The track takes influence from Kate Bush, Aldous Harding and Depeche Mode, “I was really excited to get it done at Third Man records as well as Two Dogs Sound studio”. Napoleon Baby says “ the track is about doing everything for the people you love, not surrounding yourself with people who think the world owes them something, being there for something important, not thinking you’re paramount”.
The music video for Soul Requirement depicts a small toys’ journey through life, attempting to live in different worlds. “It’s inspired by my favourite book ‘Ishmael’, It was made with all the funding I got, which was zero… it took me ages, see if you can tell”
