I Still Love the Moon, the second single from the upcoming album, Empathy for My Future Self, by Leigh. It features Finn Grieve (she/they) on the saxophone and was mastered by Tyler ‘Shamplooh’ Trench (he/him), with artwork painted by Tashi Donnelly. The song releases on the 23rd of April.

Leigh is the solo project of Cameron McCurdy (she/her), a trans musician, comic artist, & fae creature from Tāmaki Makaurau. Formerly the drummer of K M T P, Makeshift Parachutes, deryk, and Blu Fish, after transitioning and releasing her lockdown-2020 demo album last year, she’s back with a new sound (Art pop, electropop, alternative rock) and a new live band.

She is also releasing her 13-track debut album on the 20th of June, with a release gig at Big Fan on the 5th of July to celebrate. Supported by Club Ruby (Indie rock/pop punk quartet), and her former band K M T P (Indie/emo solo project of Keria Paterson), and Misheard Records.
