Kevin Posey enlists Rei and Chozxn on his new club banger ‘How To Do It’
Rapper, songwriter and producer Kevin Posey has teamed up with Aotearoa’s very own Rei and US-based artist Chozxn to drop a new club-floor-filler How To Do It.

A familiar face and voice on the New Zealand music scene, but now based back in the US, Posey – who takes production credits on the track – reached out to Californian rapper Chozxn and rising Auckland-based talent Rei to both feature on How To Do It.
Packing a heavy bassline and laced with catchy hooks, Posey says How To Do It was inspired by “party life withdrawals during the pandemic”.
It is just the latest in a bunch of winning tracks from Posey, who has collaborated with the likes of Tamaki Makaurau’s Mazbou Q, Raiza Biza and Kirsten.
Last year he released the 12-track album Breathe, which featured Kedu, Lily Jackson and DJ Scizzorhands to name just a few.
Kevin Posey’s musical style is a combination of multi-genre melodic pop sounds. He is known for infusing English and Spanish lyrics within his records. He is the sole owner of Level 3 Music Group, which he founded in 2012.
