Impostor Syndrome Drop New Single ‘Blanket’
Tāmaki Makaurau based Impostor Syndrome’s latest single Blanket is a compelling, anxiety-inducing wall of sound that portrays the endless cycle of darkness and light. The track follows a pattern of emotional peaks and valleys, reflecting the complex nature of human experience. With Blanket, the band delivers a powerful and relatable message about the pervasive impact of anxiety on our lives.
Blanket is the first new music to be released by Impostor Syndrome following the release of their debut album Oriens, back in October, 2022. The experimental rock trio decided that after the long process involved in an album release, they wanted to create with more spontaneity. Written and recorded in six hours one Friday night, Blanket certainly fit the criteria. Fans are advised to tune in as the band have a surprise up their sleeve for this upcoming release.
