Dylan Storey Releases New Single ‘Prisoner’
Dylan Storey’s latest offering is a dark, moody progressive rock ballad with pointed lyrics and dramatic overtones. Prisoner uses tension building chord progressions and instrumental ornamentation to create a brooding soundscape with a powerful resolution in the melodic choruses.
Performed and recorded by Dylan Storey and featuring: Mikey Brown from Outside In on backing vocals, and Alistair Deverick (Lawrence Arabia, Carnivorous Plant Society, Jon Toogood) on drums.
Dylan Storey is an Auckland based session guitarist, songwriter and recording engineer. He has a strong back catalogue of self-produced songs spanning 2 decades.
