Cricket Farm Release Debut Album And North Island Tour

Charming indie-folk/jazz three-piece Cricket Farm are proud to bring you their debut offering, Bending Spoons, a thoughtful and sweet-toned body of work described by the band as “music for hopeless romantic conspiracy theorists”, followed closely by a tour of the North Island.
Made up of members Hayley Robertson, Sims Ross (Yebiisu, The Murderchord) and Joel Vinsen (Ijebu Pleasure Club, Spiral), the Auckland-based act pull together their eclectic mix of musical backgrounds to create a vibrant and sunny 12-track album that combines elements of indie-folk and gypsy jazz with all the raw honesty of punk.
“The album is odds and ends of our combined mental note taking. It’s very simple….just sifting metaphysical gunk.”– Hayley Robertson
Bending Spoons will be available on major digital platforms from 8am, Tuesday the 22nd of December.
