Believe the Hype! Slimivich to bring Otautahi Grim Hop to the North
Aotearoa’s finest Grim Hop act Slimivich will venture to the North of Te Ika A Maui with a dope duo of shows to kick off their 2025 by hitting Tamaki Makaurau and Whangarei March 14th and 15th respectively.
Friday March 14th thanks to the help of Toxic Takeover, Slimivich pays their first visit to the 605 Morningside Drinkery floor. For one wildly eclectic night of punk, post metal and hip hop vibes the boys will be bringing together the infinitely unique Rap of Day13n, the infinitely expansive Post Metal of Exit Sign and the infinitely fresh Hip Hop vibes of Kaio, you simply WILL NOT beat it.
Saturday March 15th Slimivich hits Whangarei for the very first time to grind down minds at the all ages rager, Whangarei Autumn Haze Festival held within the One One Six performing arts center. Out to present to the North what Ōtautahi Grim hop is all about, the boys will join Power Metallers Forsaken Age (Akl), Surf Punks Surf Pig, Grindcore cultists Skumlord, Hardcore heroes 99 Ghosts and vibrant Post Rockers People of the Sun (Wlg).
