Sheriff Lobo formed early in 2001, with Jeremy, Jason & Seb emerging from previous band, Floorpie.
Picking up young and energetic guitarist Tim Shann, Sheriff Lobo set about writing their first songs, ‘Dude… That’s My Camel’, which they recorded ourselves over one weekend during March 2001.
Sheriff Lobo first took the stage in August 2001 at Valve with fellow Wellington punkers, Dirk Drent, and have since played shows all over the country with the likes of We Dunno, Brubeck, Day One, Dirk Drent and Sommerset.
