Fire are Wellington’s premier southern country thrash metal band.
Fir draws influences from such bands as Pantera, Machine head, Black Label Society, Testament, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alice in Chains and other such bands to create its own unique southern-style thrash metal sound.
A Live Fire show is about metal, southern grooves, chunk, headbangin’, beers, buds and having a good time. No egos, rockstar arrogance, posers or straightened fringes.

New songs are being recorded at Wrecking Ball Studios in 2011 and should be available later in the year.
