Single Review: Rainbow 1

Rainbow is a cool little track with a nice funky vibe, the pace is urged along by a bright sparkly guitar that produces a nice upbeat feel. The guitar delivers a splash of spritely sound that provides a nice contrast to the laid-back tuneful vocals that flow effortlessly through the track. But it’s the singing from vocalist Sam Elliot that makes the song remain on your mind in a good way, his voice is dry but smooth, and it suits the feel of the song perfectly.

The words and message convey a sense of gentleness and the shrewd lyrical verses are capped off nicely with clever fitting rhymes. You will like the lively resonating guitar licks that combine well with the rhythmic strumming and steady drum beats, and the little in the middle guitar solo is a beautiful highlight.

Overall Jam Henderson has presented a sweet little song that is a gentle and enjoyable experience, and due to its catchy melody and thoughtful lyrics you soon find that your singing it to yourself and feeling good about it.
