Eve Kelly Shares Contemporary Anthem ‘Gotta Let Go’ + Video
Whakatāne’s own contemporary pop goddess Eve Kelly bursts onto the scene with her powerful debut, piano-driven anthem, Gotta Let Go, a track that is all-to-relatable in its tale of needing to move on in all its frenetic and emotional glory. The track, produced by Christian Tjandrawinata is accompanied by an official video that offsets inner emotional turmoil within the drudgery of the everyday, with beach winds and flowing white lace, directed by unityxpoint and Emma Rose.
The 24-year-old is an old soul in terms of musicality, with a strikingly rich voice far beyond her years. Her classically trained background and career in musical performance has helped Eve find her footing as a songwriter, guiding her path as she explores her sound as an artist and ending up with a whimsical mix of adult contemporary, gospel, soul and pop.
