Emily Alice Release Their Next Single 'holding On'

Emily Alice hails from Ōtepoti (Dunedin), New Zealand. Drawing from soul, jazz, RnB and pop fusion, they provide an audio-charcuterie board like no other. Emily Alice’s unique sound is well-rounded and polished, and has earned them a top spot amongst live bands in Dunedin.

Having already played alongside some of New Zealand’s premier acts such as Broods, Muroki and No Cigar, as well as joining Bootleg Rascal (AUS) for a section of their New Zealand tour – Emily Alice are gaining local and international recognition for their divine control over their craft. Recently they shared the stage with Ladi6, Paige and Georgia Lines as part of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Fan Festival.

Holding On is the second single from the same recording session as Player 2, Emily Alice’s previous single, which received local and national acclaim. Player 2 hit Number #1 on the Radio One 91FM Top 11 Countdown, placed on the Student Radio Network (SRN) Top 10 Countdown and was played on Radio New Zealand.
